This website, 8minuteshelp.com.au, is operated by 8 Minutes Pty Ltd (ACN 693 282 736, ABN 58 693 282 736), an Australian proprietary company registered in Victoria and trading as 8 Minutes Help. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean 8 Minutes Pty Ltd, and "you" means the person using the site.

3. The information here is general

This site exists to describe our company and the products we build. The content is general information only. It is not professional, clinical, legal or financial advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance or a binding commitment to supply anything.

Descriptions of products under development — including availability, features and pricing — reflect our intentions at the time of writing and may change before release. Where a product is described as pre-launch, it is not yet generally available.

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free from error or omission.

4. Our products are not clinical devices

Our software supports everyday wellbeing activities and records participation in them. It is not a clinical, diagnostic, screening or monitoring device, is not a substitute for professional care or clinical judgement, and should not be relied on as one.

Unless otherwise indicated, the content of this website — including text, layout, design, graphics, logos and the names "8 Minutes Help", "8 Minutes Pty Ltd" and "Well Engaged" — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trade mark law.

You may view this site, and print or save individual pages, for your own information or for the internal purposes of your organisation. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, adapt, distribute or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written permission. Quoting a short extract with attribution and a link back is fine.
